To assist CYSA competitors with travel costs, CYSA Inc. will pay for two nights’ accommodation at the official host hotel, the Hampton Inn Toronto Airport. Registered participants who deliver their speech on competition day will be reimbursed* for their room booked under the preferred CYSA rate after they submit receipts to the CYSA treasurer.
Deadline to submit receipts: November 30, 2019.
Only accommodation fees incurred in conjunction with the competition are eligible for reimbursement.* CYSA Inc. reserves the right to approve or refuse any claim.

SHUTTLE AND PARKING AT THE ROYAL
The CYSA competition will be held in the Presentation Theatre (Salon 109) at the following address:

The best access is from the east end of the Princess Gates and then just go to the underground parking entrance.
Proceed to about the centre of the garage and then turn left ( going south ) and continue on to the boundary where you will turn right. You should be able to find plenty of parking near this location.
Look for the escalator; it will take you up to the marble foyer of the Enercare Centre Entrance.
After you reach the top of the escalator, turn left and proceed eastward along the Hall until you come to Salon # 109 – The Presentation Theatre.
You will be able to see Lake Ontario from the large windows along the foyer.
There is also parking outside around the building if you prefer that option.
A privately chartered shuttle bus, leased by CYSA, will run to and from the host hotel and The Royal on Saturday ONLY. Any travel prior to or after competition day and/or to any other destination is at the expense and discretion of individual competitors. You will receive more information about shuttle bus times (e.g.: when the first shuttle will be leaving on competition day and who will be on it) at the Friday night reception. Please be respectful of our driver and the bus (do not leave garbage, etc.).
